Welcome

Accordia certifies your communications, video appearances, signatures, and documents, turning them into legally valid evidence inside a single platform. Instead of scattering proof across mailboxes, signing tools, and file shares, it centralizes every digital interaction with a counterparty in one legal environment, compliant with the eIDAS Regulation and Ley 1/2025.

Day to day, you work with Cases — case files that group everything about one relationship: the people involved (Participants), the documents, and the certified actions that need to happen, often following a reusable Workflow. Every action you run adds a piece of certified evidence to the case.

What it proves
Certified email Sending, delivery, reading, and content — with a record and timestamp.
Certified video appearance A recorded, transcribed meeting with unique links and OTP authentication.
Electronic signature Simple, advanced, or qualified signature under eIDAS, with full cryptographic evidence.
Certified file exchange The exchange and preservation of a document, via hash, metadata, and timestamp.

Four kinds of action, one body of evidence. See Action Types for all seven kinds available inside a case, including certified postal notice (Burofax).

Go to the login page and enter your username and password, then select Log In. If you’ve forgotten your password, use Forgot your password? to recover it.

After signing in you land on your home dashboard. What you see depends on your role:

  • Regular users see a classic dashboard with case-focused KPIs.
  • Organization Admins see the same, plus organization-wide analytics.
  • Super Admins see platform-wide analytics across all organizations.

For most users, the dashboard shows:

  • A greeting and a short welcome message.
  • KPI tiles: open cases, pending actions, participants, and reports signed.
  • A Getting started checklist (see below).
  • A Quick actions panel for jumping straight into a one-off action.
  • A feed of recent activity.

The app itself walks new users through these steps:

  1. Create your first case.
  2. Add participants.
  3. (Organization Admins only) Create templates.
  4. (Organization Admins only) Configure workflows & actions.

This wiki follows the same order — see the guides below.

The main navigation depends on your role:

  • Regular users: Home, Quick Actions, Cases, Participants.
  • Organization Admins: the above, plus Workflows, and a Configuration section with Content Templates and Notification Templates.
  • Super Admins: Home, Users, Organizations, Countries, Taxes, and Products & Pricing — platform administration rather than casework.
